Replacement:
If you have made a purchase of Stellers merchandise online, the following policy applies:
Our Replacement policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a Replacement, your item must be an unworn garment with the original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds as loyalty points:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your loyalty points within one week.
