If you have made a purchase of Stellers merchandise on the stellers.in website, the following policies apply:
Returns:
Our Return policy lasts for 7 days after the product(s) has/have been delivered to the customer. Post these 7 days no product(s) will be eligible for a return.
Exchange:
Our Exchange policy lasts for 7 days after the product(s) has/have been delivered to the customer. Post these 7 days no product(s) will be eligible for an Exchange.
The product(s) is/are eligible for an Exchange if:
- The garment(s) is/are unused.
- The garment(s) is/are not tampered.
- All the product tags are attached and is in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Stellers reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a product is eligible for exchange.
Reasons for Return & Exchange *
- Damaged Product received by customer
- Wrong Item sent by Stellers
- Doesn't Fit
Refunds as loyalty points:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your loyalty points within one week.
